Adhesive/glue NOT included.  I recommend a good liquid adhesive like Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive.
 
You will receive the contents shown in the photos.  These mixed media materials are packaged in a clear cellophane bag and shipped in a rigid photo mailer to prevent bending during shipping.
