Shipping Policies
We ship via USPS, either Ground Advantage or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the items.

Why do we use Ground Advantage rather than First Class Mail? Ground Advantage allows tracking of your package. We know this is at a slightly higher cost, but the tracking is essential to happy purchases.
Return Policy
At Paperie By Jennifer, we have a 14 day return policy for non-digital items. Please contact us for the return address. All items must be returned in the same or like packaging (non-bendable envelope). Refunds will not be issued for damaged returns due to insufficient packaging.

There are no returns on Digital items, due to the nature of instant downloads.
